Founder and president of Synergy Corporation, which includes Russia's largest private university, a business school that has been operating since 1988, and several dozen companies.
Education
He graduated with a gold medal from an economic lyceum, and then with a red diploma from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
After receiving higher education, he did research internship in the U.S.A. In 2004 he successfully defended his dissertation «Entrepreneurial Activity of Higher Education Institution in the Russian System of Education». Currently, Vadim Lobov is a candidate of economic sciences and an associate professor.

Professional operation
In 2001, in partnership with Yuri Rubin, Vadim Lobov founded the private Synergy University. Later the University opened a number of units that contribute to the scientific development of the university, quality education and adaptation of young people: Center for Sociological Research, Center for Economic Research, Center for Patriotic Education, Volunteer Training Center, British Educational Center and many others. Also, new business directions were created on the basis of the University. In 2010 all existing companies were united under the Synergy brand.
Currently, all levels of education are represented at Synergy University: pre-university training, college, undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and additional education.
The Corporation includes the Synergy School of Business, which has specialized in business education since 1988. The line of educational programs of the School expands annually. At present the students of Synergy Business School have access to MBA programs (Classic, Executive, Blended, Mini, Online, Platinum), corporate packages, as well as a number of master classes, webinars and trainings.

At the 2018 FIFA World Cup Synergy volunteers worked at Luzhniki and Spartak stadiums, as well as at the International Broadcasting Center.
«Synergy» organized Synergy Charity Forum, a project designed to revive ideas of philanthropy in Russia and to root the idea of the need for voluntary participation of business in helping those in need. As part of the forum, the «One Million Good Deeds» charitable campaign is being held.
In 2020, Synergy, in cooperation with the Arithmetic of Kindness Foundation, held a charity event aimed at helping children from orphanages called the Magic Wish Fulfillment Tree.

In 2019, Synergy implemented an information campaign as part of the «My Business» national project to support small and medium-sized enterprises. As part of it, more than 26 specialized forums and 80 master classes were organized in the regions, a marketing and news campaign was conducted, and the federal portal мойбизнес.рф. was launched. Synergy still continues to work in this direction: forums aimed at the support and development of small and medium-sized businesses in our country are regularly held in all regions of Russia.
